Using our website

Our website has been built to conform with the accessibility standards set out by the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).

We also comply with and monitor our compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.

It is Equiniti Group policy to ensure that all of the Group’s websites and online material function properly and are tested against all browsers that are used by more than 5% of our site visitors. The table below describes which versions of the most commonly-used browsers are supported, and provides links where you can update your browser if you need to.

Some of the material available on the website also requires additional services to be installed on your machine, and you should get the latest versions of those if you are having any problems accessing downloadable forms and guides or viewing any audio or video material.

Contact us by telephone

As well as operating an online service we also provide full access to our services by phone. You can call us to place orders, make payments to and from your Selftrade accounts, check your balance or discuss any aspects of our service and your accounts with us.

TypeTalk: You can use the RNID TypeTalk service to call us by dialling 18001 before 0345 6776 778. The call with the TypeTalk operator will be recorded by our systems so there will be an accurate record of the conversation.

Our Literature

We can send product literature to you in Braille, Large font or Audio. To make sure that we send you the correct information we'll need your name, address, which product you're interested in and the format you'd like. You can call us on 0345 0700 720 or write to us via the contact form to request this information.

Text Relay

You can use the RNID Text Relay service to call us via a textphone – dial 18001 then 0345 0700 720. As with other calls, the call via the Text Relay operator will be recorded by our systems so there will be an accurate record of the conversation. You can also download a programme to enable you to use your pc to make Text Relay calls. For details about Text Relay visit textrelay.

For the protection of all parties and for training purposes, calls to or from Selftrade telephone numbers may be recorded and/or monitored, and other telecommunications may be intercepted.
